Both recliners sit upright, as a regular lounge.
Press the button and the seat goes back as the footrest rises. Each recliner moves on its own, so the other stays as it is.
Each recliner has its own electric headrest, adjusted separately from the recline.

As standard, yes. The recliners run from a power point, using the power supply that comes with the lounge.
Can I use it without a cable?
Yes. Choose Cordless above Add to Bag to add rechargeable battery packs, each with its own charger. The Windsor uses 3.
