You know the common complaint that it doesn’t look as good as the picture? Well, in this case it looks (and feels) even better. Everything about this lounge is classy. The packaging was strong and protective and getting the pieces out was an easy rip, tear, bust. Importantly, the boxes will EXACTLY fit through a standard door opening, so removing the strapping first is recommended to prevent possible chipping or scratching of door or door frame. There are no assembly instructions, but really, you only have to screw in two legs at each extremity. The trick is finding them. Each end has a black bag under the seat with two legs, screws and Alan key bound to the frames by zip ties. The recliner also has a little box with the power cord enclosed. Each of the pieces join together, no skill required. So, big tick from me. Now, onto the quality. Wow! This feels so solid and yet so comfortable. Three seats come with adjustable headrests and the recliner is big enough for two. To be honest, I didn’t even realize it had a recliner when I ordered it. I was just grateful that I found a leather lounge suite that had both LH and RH configurations so I could sort out my ‘short wall facing TV’ problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even Dan, the delivery guy was great. The only suggestions I have is that, due to the 12-14 week wait time, Duracrafts could send you a couple of updates along the way ie: Order has left the factory, order has arrived in Australia, just to reassure that they have the finger on your pulse. Summing up, a really professional company to deal with and the lounge is excellent quality. Five stars.
